
HiPoSwitch project kicks off
Berlin, Germany: 11 November 2011 - EpiGaN is participating in the EU-FP7 project HiPoSwitch, aiming at the development of more compact and more powerful energy converters. The activities cover the whole value chain, from GaN-on-Si epiwafers over GaN power device development to industrial application.
EpiGaN is joining forces with Ferdinand-Braun-Institut, Leibniz-Institut fuer Hoechst-frequenztechnik (FBH); Slovak Academy of Sciences, Institute of Electrical Engineering; Vienna University of Technology; University of Padua; AIXTRON SE; Artesyn Austria GmbH & Co. KG and Infineon Technologies Austria AG.
